Education:
Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and senior-level development experience.
Certifications:
Guidewire Cloud Developer Certification is required. Platform Expertise: Extensive experience with the Guidewire ecosystem and Java/Gosu.
Tech Stack:
Strong proficiency in HTML5, JavaScript (React), and SQL Server. Version Control: Expertise in Git or SVN. Core Competencies Architectural Mindset: Deep understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), clean code principles, and design patterns. Communication: Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
