Program Management ManagerRaytheon-Advanced Products & Solutions (APS) is seeking a Program Management Manager to support a program area within the Global ISR Sensors & Software business unit. The Program Manager will lead the execution of airborne EO/IR sensor programs across the product lifecycle from development through sustainment.What You Will Do:Manage all aspects of program cost, schedule, and technical execution to drive predictable performance and meet customer deliverablesLead a multi-disciplined team of engineering, supply chain, logistics, and other functional professionals in a matrix environmentPerform risk and opportunity (R&O) management, to include program revenue and profit recognition, to minimize risk to the organizationBe accountable for profit and loss on assigned projects; support Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and financial metric reviewsDevelop and review cost proposals and conduct management reviews for approvalRegularly interface with internal partners across the Raytheon/RTX enterprise and external suppliers/customersExpect to travel domestically up to 10% of the timeWhat You Will Learn:Raytheon and RTX Business AcumenSBU & SSBU organizational structure, responsibilities amongst the programs and the functional areas, and deliverablesQualifications You Must Have:Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience.Preferred domain knowledge in optical, radar, or other sensing systems for aerospace/defense Value Management System (EVMS) experience.Strong analytical, quantitative, and technical aptitude with polished business communication skills.Proven leadership capability and effective collaboration across organizational levels, with strong written and presentation skills.Ability to obtain and maintain an active U.S. security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearancePreferred Qualifications:Experience with program management tools such as Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS), Estimate at Completes (EACs), and/or Integrated Master Plan or Schedule (IMP/IMS)Proven experience with geographically and multidisciplined teamsExperience developing and reviewing basis of estimatesDemonstrated knowledge and proficiency with program processes, financial planning and execution, EACs, EVM, and key metrics (Bookings, Sales, Earnings & Cash).Display strong communication, influence management, and presentation skills, and comfortably interacts with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels of leadership.Strong skills in Microsoft Office suite of programs to include Microsoft Excel (i.e. pivot tables, advanced formulas), Project, Word, PowerPoint and OutlookWhat We Offer :Our values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
