Senior Superintendent – Data Center ConstructionMetric DCX is currently partnered with a nationally recognized top general contractor that has built a strong reputation delivering complex mission critical, commercial, and industrial projects across the U.S. The company continues to expand its hyperscale data center division and has a strong long-term project pipeline.We are seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to lead large-scale data center projects in Texas. This individual will play a key role in overseeing field operations, site logistics, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, safety, and overall project execution from preconstruction through closeout.Key Responsibilities:• Lead day-to-day field operations on hyperscale data center construction projects• Manage project schedules, site logistics, and subcontractor coordination• Oversee quality control, safety, and overall site execution• Conduct project meetings and coordinate with project management teams• Mentor assistant superintendents, foremen, and field personnel• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within operational goalsQualifications:• 10+ years of construction management or superintendent experience• Strong background in mission critical/data center construction preferred• Experience leading large-scale commercial or industrial construction projects• Proven success managing complex MEP-intensive builds• Strong leadership, communication, and field coordination experience• Ability to travel as neededWhat’s Offered:• Opportunity to work on high-profile hyperscale data center projects• Strong project pipeline and long-term growth potential• Competitive compensation, bonus structure, and full benefits package• Collaborative culture with strong leadership supportIf you’d be interested in learning more, feel free to reach out directly or send over your resume for a confidential conversation.
