Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, floors, furniture, and fixtures to ensure a spotless environment. Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, elevators, and restrooms by performing routine cleaning tasks. Care for floors by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing using appropriate equipment and techniques. Restock amenities such as towels, toiletries, and linens to meet guest needs efficiently. Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly. Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution. Adhere to hotel policies on sanitation standards, health regulations, and customer service excellence. Qualifications Prior experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Knowledge of floor care techniques including vacuuming, mopping, waxing, and polishing. Familiarity with janitorial equipment and industrial cleaning tools is advantageous. Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
