Education Foundation Coordinator

Purpose: The Everman ISD Education Foundation Coordinator position coordinates the Everman ISD Education Foundation program including fundraising, assisting the Foundation Board of Directors, and implementing Foundation goals.Required QualificationsExcellent writing and speaking skillsExperience working with a non-profit organization, 501c3Experience working in an educational settingExcellent technology skillsJob Duties And Responsibilities Administer all activities articulated in the Foundation Strategic Plan. Develop and hold annual Foundation fundraising events including the annual dinner andgolf tournament. Coordinate and implement the annual EISD employee contribution campaign. Provide administrative support to the Foundation Board of Directors including: organizing and holding quarterly Board meetings, annual audit, committee meetings, and maintaining regular correspondence and Foundation updates with the Foundation Board. Prepare all Foundation documents including, meeting agendas and minutes, grant applications, scholarship descriptions, budgets, Board reports, donation correspondence, etc. Work with EISD staff regarding Foundation activities, data reports, achieving goals, and grant/scholarship programs. Develop and implement a plan of communication to the community regarding the Foundation goals including website information, business visits, community organizations, and requests for donations. Write grant proposals for the Foundation. Maintain compliance with Everman ISD Education Foundation By-laws.
