Job Title: IT Technical Recruiter (1–3 Years Experience)OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Technical Recruiter with 1–3 years of experience to join our growing talent acquisition team. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT talent across a variety of technical roles. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and has a strong understanding of technical skill sets and recruiting best practices.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with hiring managers to understand technical staffing needs, role requirements, and team goalsSource qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other recruiting toolsScreen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fitManage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, scheduling interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordinationBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of IT candidates (e.g., software developers, QA engineers, DevOps, infrastructure, data roles)Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring processTrack and report recruiting metrics using ATS systemsMaintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and talent market conditionsEnsure compliance with company policies and employment lawsRequired Qualifications1–3 years of experience in IT or technical recruitingFamiliarity with technical roles such as software development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, or data analyticsExperience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.)Strong communication, organizational, and time management skillsAbility to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience recruiting in a staffing agency or consulting environmentBasic understanding of programming languages and technologies (e.g., Java, Python, .NET, cloud platforms)Experience with Boolean search techniquesStrong interviewing and candidate assessment skillsKey CompetenciesRelationship-building and stakeholder managementAttention to detail and follow-throughProblem-solving and adaptabilityResults-driven with a sense of urgencyTeam-oriented mindsetBenefits (Optional Section)Competitive salary + performance incentivesHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holidaysProfessional development opportunitiesFlexible work environment / hybrid options
