This is not a traditional calendar-management role.Our CEO is deeply involved in founder-led strategic partnerships, fundraising conversations, and company leadership. Success in this role requires someone who can operate as the CEO's force multiplier—keeping priorities moving, creating leverage, and ensuring critical conversations don't fall through the cracks.You'll spend a significant portion of your time supporting new partnerships and existing partnership efforts by coordinating meetings, managing follow-ups, tracking outreach, and helping maintain momentum across a wide range of external stakeholders. You'll need to be comfortable applying pressure when necessary, tracking down information, and ensuring the right people are moving with urgency.If you're highly organized, relentlessly detail-oriented, proactive, and energized by helping a company grow, we'd love to meet you.What You'll DoExecutive SupportManage and optimize the CEO's complex calendar and prioritiesCoordinate internal and external meetings across multiple stakeholders and time zonesPrepare meeting materials, agendas, and briefing documentsHelp ensure action items and commitments are captured and completedServe as a trusted gatekeeper and strategic partner to the CEOProvide ad-hoc personal administrative support and lifestyle managementFounder-Led Partnership SupportCoordinate meetings with prospective customers, partners, investors, and advisorsDrive scheduling across busy executives and external stakeholdersTrack meeting requests, follow-ups, and next stepsPartner closely with Sales, Partnerships, and Leadership teams to keep opportunities movingHelp maintain CRM hygiene and sales process disciplineProactively chase down information and remove bottlenecks that could slow dealsOperational ExcellenceCreate systems and processes that help the CEO operate more efficientlyMaintain organization across key initiatives and strategic projectsAnticipate needs before they become urgentHelp prepare for board meetings, leadership meetings, offsites, and customer eventsAct as a true partner and life-optimizer, managing everything from complex business calendars to occasional personal scheduling and logistics so the Executive can operate at peak productivityWhat We're Looking For4+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior executivesPrevious experience supporting a Chief Revenue Officer, Head of Sales, Founder-led sales organization, or similarly customer-facing executive is requiredExceptional organizational skills and attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skillsComfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment with shifting prioritiesHighly proactive and able to work independentlyAbility to influence without authority and keep people accountable to deadlinesStrong judgment and discretion when handling sensitive informationExperience coordinating complex calendars and external stakeholder meetingsWillingness to occasionally travel and support company events as neededYou'll Thrive Here If You...Love being the person who knows what's happening before everyone else doesGet satisfaction from turning chaos into orderAren't afraid to send the follow-up, ask the hard question, or push for an answerTake pride in being incredibly organizedEnjoy working alongside ambitious people building something meaningfulView every problem as solvable with the right amount of persistence and creativityWhy This Role MattersOur CEO's time is one of Clair's most valuable resources. The person in this role will have a direct impact on how quickly we build relationships, close partnerships, and execute on the opportunities in front of us.You'll have a front-row seat to company-building, work closely with senior leadership, and help shape the next chapter of Clair's growth.Additional DetailsLocation: This role is based in NYC and operates in-person (5 days a week) from Clair HQ.Compensation: The annual base salary for this role is $160,000 to $200,000. The base pay for this role is determined using many factors, such as education, skills and experience, and is reflective of Clair's Series stage and size. Base pay is only one part of Clair's competitive total compensation package which includes equity, benefits and additional perks.
