QA/QC Engineer

To conduct routine supervision of manufacturing process and verify any visible non conformances or problems in the job in progress To carry out in process inspections, final inspections for the products manufactured. To carry out joint inspection with production manager on production problems. To conduct the functional tests for the products as per the standards. To ensure the conformity for calibration of instruments used in the factory and staff’s safety Requirements of the company. To conduct the internal audits in various departments to make sure the ISO 9001 system. To highlight any improvements possible on the job for future references, separately to PM. To inspect all incoming materials against company’s purchase orders and sign for acceptance on the supplier’s delivery note. To ensure the label specifications and approved signature of product. To suggest any improvement requirements in terms of information contained in the work instructions issued by PM for better understanding of operators. To prepare reports on observations relating to final inspections and tests with all requirements, dimensional verifications, and non –conformities found , problems relating to production work and material, to be reported to PM and GM. To Carry out or control / lead the external inspections , product approvals/quality related audits QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Bachelor of Science (BS) in Engineering 3 plus Years of Experience (inspection & testing ) Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Health insurance Paid time off Schedule: Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
