Program ManagerIndustry: Fortune 500 Retail companyLocation: Chicago, IL (5 days onsite)Duration: 5-month contractPay rate: $58-$62/hrRole Overview:We are seeking a Program Manager to drive cross-functional coordination across events, field enablement, analyst relations, and partner engagement, ensuring execution of strategic programs that span multiple teams and stakeholders. In this role, you will own end-to-end program scheduling, content quality, and stakeholder alignment across marketing, sales, and product organizations to deliver high-impact customer-facing experiences. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments and brings a proven track record of managing complex, multi-workstream programs that require strong communication, organizational rigor, and the ability to influence.Key Responsibilities:o AI program coordination (events, account teams, sales organization)o Sales organization & partner enablement (webinar series, customer stories, demos, office hours)o Analyst relations coordination (briefing materials for Gartner, etc.)o Event session coordination (content quality, technical depth, message consistency)Basic Qualifications:Program management experience managing across teams, managing timelines, managing escalations, and ensuring all work products completed on time.Experience with ExcelExperience with AsanaExperience with AI toolsPreferred Qualifications:Stakeholder managementEvent coordination experienceProject Management certification (PMP)The salary range for this position is $58/hr to $62/hr.
