We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through developing and implementing strategic plans.
*Responsibilities*
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
- Develop and implement growth strategies focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, targets, and opportunities
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Lead negotiations and close agreements with clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of solutions to customers
*Skills*
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or related field
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to engage in strategic planning
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Understanding of customer relationship management practices
