VP - Full Stack Developer

We’re looking for a highly experienced, hands-on VP Full Stack Developer to join a greenfield initiative building a brand-new client-facing portal within a leading banking environment. This is a critical, high-impact role for someone who thrives on ownership, technical depth, and close collaboration with business stakeholders.What You’ll DoDesign and build a modern client-facing web platform from the ground upContribute actively to coding (50–60%), architecture, and technical design discussionsWork closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable solutionsTake ownership of problems end-to-end with minimal hand-holdingEnsure high standards in performance, security, and user experienceWhat We’re Looking For12–15+ years of experience in software development, with a strong hands-on approachDeep expertise in Angular and/or React (UI development)Solid working knowledge of Core Java (able to write and understand backend code)Experience building and maintaining external/client-facing applications, with a strong focus on securityBackground in banking or financial services (highly preferred)Understanding of trading systems, derivatives, or trade lifecycle (equities derivatives knowledge is a plus)Ability to interact confidently with business users and operate independently
