Java Tech Lead
We are looking for an experienced Java Tech Lead with strong AWS expertiseto lead the design and delivery of scalable, cloud-native backend services. This is a hands‑on leadership role that combines technical architecture, coding, team management, and end‑to‑end delivery.
Required Skills:
10+ years of software engineering experience, including 7+ years in Java backend development.
Strong expertise in Java 17+, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Spring Data, and Spring Security.3+ years of hands‑on experience building and managing production systems on AWS.2+ years of direct people management experience, including performance reviews.
Strong knowledge of microservices, distributed systems, event‑driven architecture, and messaging.
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, and DynamoDB.Hands‑on experience with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes/ECS, JUnit, and Mockito.
Strong communication, technical leadership, and Agile delivery skills.
