This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who enjoys managing people, process, and production in a fast‑paced agricultural environment.🎯 Position ObjectiveLead and manage a motivated team of mill operators and drivers while efficiently operating and maintaining a feed mill. Serve as the main point of contact for day‑to‑day mill communication, oversee scheduling, inventory, and production, and ensure safe, accurate, and timely feed delivery.🛠️ Key ResponsibilitiesLead, schedule, and communicate with mill operators and driversManage day‑to‑day feed mill operations and workflowSchedule inbound and outbound loads of ingredients and finished feedManage inventory of micro and macro ingredientsUnderstand basics of nutrition, feed ingredients, and feed budgetsEnsure accuracy, batching integrity, and attention to detailUtilize mill automation and feed ordering softwareWork within Microsoft Excel and OutlookCoordinate with feed mills, pig owners, and suppliersOperate small equipment (forklift, skid loader, etc.)Assist team members and complete miscellaneous duties as assignedSupport facility upgrades and oversee basic mill and site maintenance✅ QualificationsBackground in agriculture, animal science, grain science, or managementExperience with feed milling, feed ingredients, livestock, or customer relations preferredStrong communication and multi‑tasking skillsComfortable working in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment🏭 Work EnvironmentFeed mill setting💪 Physical RequirementsAbility to sit at a computer workstationAbility to lift under 50 lbs regularly💼 Why PIPESTONE?Fast‑paced, team‑driven cultureMake a real impact in a growing organizationSalary: $60,000–$80,000 (DOE)Paid single health insurance (family options available)Dental, vision, life, and disability insuranceRetirement planHoliday pay & PTO📩 Ready to grow your career with PIPESTONE?
