Components & Receiving Clerk

What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll take ownership of material flow, inventory accuracy, and production support:
Receive and verify incoming materials for accuracy and quality
Manage and transact inventory using ERP systems (Epicor)
Pull, stage, and issue components, bar stock, and sheet stock for production jobs
Process inventory transfers and support inter-company material movement
Maintain accurate inventory levels through cycle counts and tracking
Investigate and resolve discrepancies quickly and effectively
Ensure proper lot control and material traceability
Organize shelves, components, fixtures, and job materials
Move jobs between work centers to support production flow
Maintain clean, efficient, and well-organized storage areas
Coordinate with Purchasing to maintain appropriate stock levels
Support Production, Quality, and other departments as needed
Follow all safety guidelines and PPE requirements
Contribute to continuous improvement in inventory and material processes

Ability to read basic prints or inspection documents is a plus
What You Bring
High School Diploma or GED required
1–3 years of experience in receiving, inventory control, or manufacturing preferred
Experience with ERP systems (Epicor a plus)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows environments

Schedule
Monday – Thursday: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Overtime possible daily and on Fridays
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly
Ability to stand and move throughout the shift
Frequent bending, lifting, twisting, stooping, and carrying
Comfortable working in a production environment
Eligibility Requirement
This position requires access to export-controlled technology. Therefore, employment is limited to U.S. persons (U.S. citizens, permanent residents, or other protected individuals under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)). Proof of status will be required prior to employment.
