Daily Responsibilities: Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards food prep Create visually appealing plate presentations Work with pasta, salads, scratch cooking, broiling, sautéing, and more Maintain food quality and portion control Required Skills: Experience in the kitchen on either the line or the pizza bench Strong knowledge of dietary restrictions and food safety guidelines Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Nice to Have Skills: Experience with a variety of cuisines Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant Company Information: Pizza Roma Restaurant (Roma Italian Restaurant) has been proudly family owned and operated for over 50 years.
