Property Maintenance TechnicianFord of BoerneDepartment: Facilities / OperationsPosition Type: Full-Time Position SummaryFord of Boerne is seeking a dependable and skilled Property Maintenance Technician to maintain and support our dealership facility and other properties. This role is responsible for ensuring the properties, buildings, and equipment are clean, safe, and operating efficiently. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, responds quickly to issues, and contributes to a professional, well-maintained environment for both customers and employees. Key ResponsibilitiesFacility Maintenance & RepairsPerform routine maintenance and minor repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, doors, lighting, etc.) Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify issues and prevent breakdowns Complete work orders in a timely and efficient manner Grounds & Exterior UpkeepMaintain cleanliness and appearance of dealership grounds, parking lots, and service drive Coordinate or perform landscaping, trash removal, and general exterior upkeep Ensure signage, lighting, and exterior features are in proper working condition Equipment & SafetyMaintain and service facility equipment and tools Monitor and uphold safety standards across the property Assist with compliance-related facility needs and inspections Operational SupportAssist departments with facility-related needs (moving equipment, setting up work areas, etc.) Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors as needed Respond quickly to urgent maintenance requests Qualifications2+ years of general maintenance or facilities experience preferred Working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Professional attitude and team-oriented mindset Physical RequirementsAbility to lift 50+ pounds Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work on feet for extended periods Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Why Join UsAt El Toro Auto Group, we are committed to maintaining a first-class environment that reflects our standards of professionalism and customer care.
