The ideal candidate will have:Education: A Bachelor's or Master's DegreeExperience: A minimum of 11 years of experience in MS Exchange engineeringKey Technical SkillsActive Directory: Architecture, design, disaster recovery, and troubleshootingExchange Administration: Experience with transitioning from on-premises Exchange Servers to Exchange Server online with Microsoft 365 (M365), as well as administration in a hybrid environment with M365 and on-premises infrastructureDatabase Availability Groups (DAGs): Proven experience implementing and troubleshooting DAGsPerformance Troubleshooting: Practical experience troubleshooting MS Exchange server and Windows server performance issuesIndependent Work: Ability to work independently with minimal supervisionTechnical Issue Management: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to:Set customer expectationsDevise and implement action plansCommunicate professionally with all partiesDesired Qualifications:Security Development Operations (SecDevOps): Familiarity with iterative development projects and SecDevOps principlesCommunication Technologies: Experience with various communication technologies and solution architecturesServiceNow: Proficiency with the ServiceNow ticketing systemAuthentication and Authorization (A&A) and Service Support Processes (SSP): Experience with A&A and SSP processes, including documentationTechnical Support: Experience in Tier 3 and 4 supportDevelopment Methodologies and SkillsAgile Development: Experience with Agile development methodologiesProgramming Languages: Familiarity with modern software languages, such as Java, C++, C#, Python, Perl, etc.Automation: Ability to automate tasks using PowerShell scriptsMicrosoft Administration or Engineering Certifications: Holding certifications in Microsoft administration or engineering, including Azure certificationsWhat You Can Expect From UsBCore is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
