The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that orders are filled accurately and in a timely manner, that the warehouse is organized and safe, and that staff members are supervised and trained.What You’ll Be DoingDirects warehouse employees in day-to-day operating tasks.Responsible for warehouse staging and scheduling during shiftResponsible for off-site warehouse personnel including CDL driverDirects CDL drivers of trailer placement for next day drop shipment trailersReceives transshipment loads in a timely manner based on incoming appointment timesAssists in loading and unloading of trailers as neededRequired to participate and command the necessary skills to cycle countParticipates in monthly and annual inventory countsAssists in making sure production lines and palletizer stay operational during duration of shiftMaintains track-able information for daily shuttles by CDL driverWhat You’ll BringHigh school degree or GED equivalentAbility to work in fast-paced and always changing environmentAbility to follow detailed instructionsGood communication skills [both verbal and written]Ability to work safelyMust be able to work overtime / weekends when neededMust be flexible to work different shiftsMust be able to wear steel toed shoes, safety glasses and hearing protection always while on the production floorMust be able to tolerate non-climate-controlled working environmentWhat You Will GetKIK offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits including health, wellness, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
