Physician / Oncology - Radiation / North Carolina / Locum tenens / Physician - Radiation Oncologist

We are seeking a Radiation Oncologist to join our client in North Carolina for a 60-day assignment starting May 18, 2026. This full-time role involves working daily from 8:30am to 5:00pm, focusing on managing follow-ups, conducting consults, and overseeing daily patient visits, typically handling 3-4 patients per day. Responsibilities and Duties Keep up with follow-ups and consults Complete status checks, typically on Mondays Manage 3-4 patient visits daily from Tuesday through Friday (consults and follow-up visits) Treat patients currently under care and new patients as they begin planning Utilize SBRT, 3D, IMRT, and electron treatments Employ SGRT and IGRT (=CBCT) to assist in setup Monitor tumors during respiration using 4D imaging Additional Information Required Board Certifications: Radiation Oncology EMR: Epic Shift Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm Cases include SBRT, 3D, IMRT, and electron treatments.
