This is an outside sales role that uses advanced technology to design and present custom bath solutions.Your Responsibilities Conduct in-home presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales systemParticipate in weekly sales training to continually improve your skillsUse easy-to-learn software to create personalized bath designsPresent pricing options and close sales consistentlyWhat We're Looking For Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsPrior experience in home sales or remodeling (preferred but not required)Reliable transportation and local residency requiredConfidence in public speaking and professional presentation deliverySelf-motivated, ambitious, and disciplined work ethicAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven environmentOutgoing personality with strong relationship-building skillsCompensation This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential .
