Data Migration & Conversion Specialist

Overview In this role you lead the migration of HR data from legacy federal systems to Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, delivering repeatable, high-quality data processes. You will work within a cross-functional team on a federal HR modernization effort, solving data quality challenges and ensuring data integrity for agencies of varying complexity. You’ll leverage HDL/HSDL to build mappings and validation, with remote work supported and occasional on-site in Reston as needed. You contribute to critical missions by enabling accurate HR data for downstream systems and payroll.
