Powershell Developer

Job Description: Senior Software Engineer with 6 to 8 years of experience in Powershell, OS Customization, System Programing, networking, driver install automation and deployment related deployment, preferably with Retail / Quick Serve Restaurant experience, including Point of Sale and Kiosk systems. Able to troubleshoot and do technical Analysis on hardwares & Windows OS related issues Able to write code in vbscript, C# & Powershell - Ability to take on multiple initiatives at once - Good organization skills; ability to work in a fast-paced, often changing, sometimes ambiguous environment - Fast learner and adaptable - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to clearly communicate business needs to technical resources - Strong knowledge and experience in agile methodology - Experience in Rally, MS VSTS or similar agile tool - Discuss with Stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into actionable items for project teams - Ability to help QA to design test scenarios - Define configuration specifications by applying business requirements - Advanced skills within the Microsoft Windows Environment - Design process flows and implement best practices - Knowledge of Microsoft .Net framework development approaches - Ability to read and write pseudocode from the following: C#, VBS, Powershell, Perl, ASP - Ability to perform user acceptance testing and provide feedback to product teams - Ability to create reports, metrics and presentations outlining progress and findings Develop and support key infrastructure for restaurant applications, using scripting technologies. - C# .NET - VB Script - Batch Script - Powershell - Windows Operating System internals Job Type: Contract Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Experience: PowerShell: 6 years (Required) Retail/Restaurant: 3 years (Required) Work Location: On the road
