Neonatal Intensive Care Registered Nurse (NICU RN)The Neonatal Intensive Care Registered Nurse holds accountability for providing care to NICU patients by utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies and procedures. The NICU registered nurse demonstrates critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, and leadership in the anticipation and planning for the safe delivery of care.ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive nursing care to neonatal patients in a NICU setting.Utilize critical thinking to assess and plan for patient care effectively.Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education and training.Delegate patient care priorities appropriate to team members' educational and experiential backgrounds.Supervise personnel delivering patient care, ensuring adherence to policies and standards.Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureMinimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with a focus on neonatal intensive care.Current RN licensure in the applicable state.Certification in BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, and STABLE required.Prior travel experience is necessary for travel submissions.Local candidates will not be accepted for this position.ScheduleThis is a night shift position, scheduled from 19:00 to 07:00.Why ARMStaffing?At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
