Product Development Associate Position Type: Full-Time/ Onsite Pay Range: 60-80K DOEJob Department: Home DecorESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESEnchante Accessories is searching for a Product Development Associate to support the development and production process of new product lines for specialty retailers. In this role, you will be working with home décor products including picture frames, mirrors, wall décor, and wall art. The role requires someone that is very organized, detail-oriented, and is a problem solver. WHAT YOU'LL DODevelop and source new product lines across home décor product categoriesConduct market and trend researchCoordinate projects with cross functional teams including design, production, and salesCommunicate daily with overseas factories Assist manager in analyzing cost sheetsOversee time and action calendarsMaintain product images used for ecommerce sitesTrack all development submissions and samplesSupport manager with day-to-day operational tasksPerform related duties as assigned.
