Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Handle cash transactions, process payments accurately, and manage cashiering responsibilities with integrity Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and assisting with food handling and preparation when needed Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure food quality, presentation, and timely service in both fine dining and nightclub settings Use reservation platforms like OpenTable to manage bookings efficiently and optimize guest flow Qualifications Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightlife venues Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail Familiarity with food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Experience with upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations Previous host/hostess or serving experience is advantageous but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is essential Embark on a rewarding career where your passion for hospitality meets lively team spirit!
