We provide evidence-based programs for children with autism and other developmental needs in a positive, family-oriented environment.As a Program Supervisor, youll lead a team of Behavior Therapists while delivering life-changing results for clients and families. Youre more than a supervisoryoure a mentor, advocate, and creative problem-solver.Youll:Collaborate with BCBAs to design, implement, and oversee individualized ABA programsMonitor client progress and adjust treatment plans based on dataConduct functional behavior assessments and help develop behavior intervention plansSupervise, coach, and train 46 Behavior Therapists, ensuring adherence to best practices in ABALead team meetings, provide performance feedback, and facilitate professional growthPrepare accurate reports on client progress, behavior assessment outcomes, and intervention strategiesDevelop engaging activities (arts, crafts, play-based learning) aligned with client goalsWho Are We Looking For?A completed Masters degree in Psychology, ABA, Special Education, or related field23 years of experience in ABA therapyProven experience in staff supervision and team leadershipStrong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsCreativity in developing client-centered programmingKnowledge of ABA ethics and industry standardsBilingual in Spanish is a plusApply today and join a company that puts its supervisors and teams first.
