Project ManagerPosition OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Project Manager with expertise in roadway and paving projects to lead and oversee our highway construction efforts. The ideal candidate will ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the planning and implementation of project activities related to roadway and highway construction.Coordinate with various stakeholders including DOT representatives, contractors, and subcontractors.Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.Prepare and present reports on project status, risks, and issues to senior management and stakeholders.Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards in all project activities.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.Proven experience as a Project Manager in roadway, paving, or highway construction.Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and best practices in construction management.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.Proficiency in project management software and tools.Benefits401kHealthcareBonus PoolProfit Sharing
