This role is crucial to ensuring seamless procurement operations, effective supplier management, and cost-efficient processes, ultimately contributing to the organization's financial success and operational excellence.What Your Day-to-day Will Look LikeOversee the entire Purchase-to-Pay process, from requisition to payment, ensuring adherence to company policies, compliance, and efficiencyCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather procurement requirements and facilitate the procurement process to meet business needs promptlyMonitor procurement metrics and KPIs to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimizationServe as the in-house expert on Coupa, our procurement platform, and lead its effective utilization across the organizationConduct Coupa training sessions for team members, ensuring they are proficient in using the platform and following the established procurement workflowsCollaborate with suppliers to enable them through one of Coupa billing channels to streamline payment processes and reduce manual interventionManage supplier contracts, negotiations, and renewals to ensure favorable terms, pricing, and service levelsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, fostering open communication and collaboration to improve overall supplier performance and reliabilityEffectively collaborate with suppliers to resolve any procurement-related issues and ensure smooth communication and resolution for the benefit of the businessProvide procurement support to various business units and departments, guiding them through the procurement process, sourcing strategies, and supplier selectionAt a Minimum, You’ll NeedBachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience5 years of experience in procurement, with a specific focus on managing the Purchase-to-Pay process and supplier relationshipsIt’d Be Great If You Also HaveBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related fieldProfessional certifications in procurement or supply chain management (e.g., CIPS, CPSM)Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to analyze procurement data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisionsDetail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environmentExperience in using Coupa or other procurement platforms to support procurement activitiesDemonstrated ability to negotiate effectively with suppliersProficiency in using Excel or other data analysis toolsDoes this sound like you?
