This role supports students in achieving meaningful employment outcomes by promoting workplace integration, skill development, and engagement in campus and community-based settings while working closely with faculty, staff, peer coaches, and employment coaches.In this position, you will provide direct employment coaching to Elevate students and support the training and guidance of staff who deliver employment services. Responsibilities include assessing students’ vocational strengths and needs, delivering individualized and small-group instruction in authentic work environments, and supporting Elevate career courses.
