The culture is tight-knit and family-oriented: no bureaucracy, no red tape, and a genuine belief in straight talk, speed, and doing right by clients and teammates alike.The OpportunityThis Senior Project Manager will own multi-million-dollar Strip projects end-to-end — from preconstruction through closeout — and serve as a senior point of contact for casino ownership groups, hotel operators, architects, and engineers. You will mentor project managers and engineers, set the standard for project execution quality, and represent the company at the highest levels of the hospitality industry.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Leadership & PreconstructionLead preconstruction planning, scope definition, and project kickoff in partnership with ownership, design teams, and company leadershipDevelop and own comprehensive CPM project schedules; drive schedule recovery plans when risk is identifiedBuild and manage detailed project budgets; produce proactive cost forecasts, variance analysis, and margin reportingRun constructability reviews; identify design conflicts, scope gaps, and procurement risks earlyLead value engineering efforts to optimize cost without compromising the owner's vision or guest experienceDirect bid leveling and subcontractor award decisions; ensure scope clarity across trade packagesField Execution & Site ManagementServe as the senior owner-facing point of contact for assigned projects — the person clients call when a decision is neededDirect field operations through superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and self-perform crewsEnforce OSHA and site-specific safety standards; champion a zero-incident safety culture across every shiftManage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and daily logs with accuracy, defensibility, and timelinessCoordinate after-hours, weekend, and phased construction inside operational hotel and casino environmentsProactively identify and resolve field issues before they impact schedule, budget, or owner relationshipsFinancial & Contract ManagementOwn project P&L — job cost tracking, pay applications, lien waivers, cash flow projections, and final margin deliveryNegotiate and administer subcontractor and vendor contracts, change orders, back-charges, and claimsPrepare and present monthly owner reports: schedule status, budget performance, risk register, and decision logDrive disciplined project closeout: final inspections, punch list, O&M manuals, warranty management, and retention releaseClient & Stakeholder RelationsBuild and sustain trust-based relationships with hotel ownership groups, casino operators, architects, and engineersLead OAC meetings, executive briefings, and high-stakes negotiations with poise and clarityIdentify and pursue repeat-business opportunities, expanded scope, and long-term account growthTeam Leadership & MentorshipMentor project managers, project engineers, and APMs — set the standard for CARMA-quality project executionPartner with company principals on strategic growth initiatives, pursuit strategy, and process improvementContribute to estimating reviews, lessons-learned debriefs, and best-practice playbook developmentQualificationsMust-HavePrior experience in Las Vegas Strip hospitality, resort, or casino construction (non-negotiable)5+ years of commercial construction project management experience as a PM (not superintendent)Demonstrated experience managing projects in the $1M–$30M+ range in a general contracting environmentWorking knowledge of construction contracts (AIA, ConsensusDocs, or similar), change order management, and claims avoidanceProficiency in construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or equivalent)Strong understanding of MEP systems, structural elements, and finish specificationsAbility to read and interpret architectural, structural, MEP, and civil drawings with confidenceOSHA 30-Hour Construction certification (current)Strong written and verbal communication skills; polished presentation abilitiesValid Nevada driver's license and reliable transportationStrongly PreferredExperience managing live-environment construction inside operational hotel, casino, or F&B settingsExperience with phased construction and compressed, after-hours work schedulesEstablished relationships with Strip ownership groups, design firms, and key trade partnersPrior mentorship or supervisory responsibility over PMs, APMs, or project engineersBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fieldCompensation & BenefitsBase Salary: $130,000 – $160,000 commensurate with experience401(k): Automatic 3% employer contribution regardless of employee contribution; plus 50% match on first 4% elected (up to 5% total employer contribution)Medical Insurance: 100% of employee premium covered; 50% of dependent premiums coveredDental & Vision: 100% of employee premium covered; 50% of dependent premiums coveredSupplemental Insurance: Voluntary MetLife supplemental coverage at group ratesPTO: Generous policy covering vacation, sick leave, and company holidaysProfessional Development: Support for certifications, continuing education, and leadership development
