Price/Cost Analyst

Main Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and maintain pricing models to support competitive pricing strategies. Conduct financial analysis to assess the impact of pricing changes on profitability. Prepare reports and proposal presentations on pricing, cost trends, and profitability metrics. Maintain quotation database information from receipt of quotation to release of proposal. Collaborate with the sales team to review customer pricing and identify opportunities for renegotiation. Participate in proposal working sessions with senior management as required. Review and approve Inside Sales Representative quotations within threshold authority. Analyze product pricing and cost data to identify opportunities for margin improvement. Provide insights on part numbers or products with low gross margins and recommend corrective actions. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and financial regulations. Additional Duties, as assigned. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in pricing or cost analysis, preferably in aerospace, manufacturing, or a related industry. Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills. Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems; knowledge of data analytics tools is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively internally and with customers as needed. Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook and Word, Adobe Acrobat, and video‐conferencing software. High Energy, self‐motivated, self‐started, team player and willingness to learn. Additional Requirements: Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Work in a safe manner, use proper PPE as required. Adhere to safety procedures. Follow health and safety instructions and any training that has been received.
