The firm is scaling and looking to add a senior Business Development professional to drive expansion across the buy-side.The RoleThis is a senior, revenue-generating role focused on building and expanding relationships with asset managers, hedge funds, and quantitative investment firms. You’ll drive adoption of differentiated execution solutions through strategic, high-touch client engagement.What You’ll Be DoingOriginate and close new business across asset managers, hedge funds, and quant firmsBuild relationships with traders, execution teams, and quant researchersPartner with sell-side firms to drive adoption and market visibilityDeliver consultative, data-driven pitches to institutional clientsWork closely with product and tech teams to align solutions with client needsMaintain a strong presence through meetings, events, and consistent outreachWhat They’re Looking For10+ years in institutional equity sales or business developmentStrong network across buy-side firms (mutual funds, hedge funds, quant managers)Deep understanding of market structure, trading workflows, and executionProven ability to generate revenue and close complex dealsStrong communicator with a consultative sales approachHigh ownership mentality and ability to navigate long sales cycles
