Must be committed to contributing to the collaborative spirit of the team, be energized by the opportunity to learn, grow, and explore your career potential.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Team Member Training and Execution Cajun Hospitality/ TIP-TOPSuggestive SellingService BasicsH.E.A.R.T.Manage AlertsDrive Thru service with speed initiativesCross-training of team members and PA completionsEcho communication from Service Team to Production TeamLTO training of procedures and follow-up of the executionOnboarding of new Service Team Members (includes orientation, training, and follow-up on PA)5-day New Hire Training plan executed, schedule NH and cross trainingDeveloping a Pros Team or crew trainersCompleting and analyzing the Service TrackerAdministrative Work Weekly forecasted sales to be submitted to RGM by EOD MondayWeekly Food and chicken ordersWeekly writing of schedule to be submitted to RGM by EOD TuesdayWeekly review and goal setting for the shift huddlesWeekly review and goal setting for the restaurant's rSuccess Scorecard /ACRHandling guest complaints and Qualtrics alertsAll management team and team members have access to Popeyes AcademyTracking the progress of team members and the management team in the Popeyes AcademyDocument smallwares that needed to be purchased for the service area by completing the SmallwareInventory in Zenput.Restaurant Follow Up Communicates with the RGM regarding ongoing issues with the production and service teamAll Daily tasks for the Image Calendar completed in ZenputDining room and packing areas are neat, clean, and organizedCurb Appeal landscaping, corners of the parking lot, signage, drive-thru menus, trash cansCashier/Drive-Thru areas are neat, clean, and organizedMarketing Materials, POPs, and table tents are in good conditionProper FOH closing procedures are being followedAccountable for Drive-thru timesService Tracker completed dailyIDMB/ODMB and Music in working conditionWorking Hours-Works 45-50 hours per week.
