Job Responsibilities
Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, and wine consistently and efficiently
Provide excellent guest service at the bar and for service tickets
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar at all times
Follow recipes, portion control, and presentation standards
Accurately ring in orders and handle cash/credit transactions
Monitor guest alcohol consumption and follow responsible service guidelines
Assist with opening and closing duties
Communicate and collaborate with servers and management
Qualifications
Previous bartending experience preferred
Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, and wine
Ability to work in a high-volume environment
Strong multitasking and time management skills
Friendly, professional demeanor
Reliable and punctual
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
