Drayage Customer Service Representative

Premier Drayage and Logistics provider is seeking high energy. master multitasker to join our dynamic Drayage Department.    Tasks & Responsibilities  Must have experience as a drayage customer service representative. Must have knowledge of Florida Ports Dispatching a fleet of 50+ drivers Scheduling delivery appointments with customers Answering emails in a timely manner Order Entry for Move  Answering phone calls from customers and drivers Requirements  2 to 3 years of Drayage experience  Knowledge of Port Pro is a Plus Knowledge of Excel- Intermediate Level Excellent customer service is a must Reliable, excellent time management skills, pro-active, self-motivated, team player, works well under pressure, can multitask, ability to work without supervision Location: On Site (Hialeah, Fl. 33018)  Days: Monday; Friday  Hours: 9a-6p We offer competitive pay paid out weekly via direct deposit, PTO, Vacation, Healthcare Benefits Package.
