Our work spans underground and surface mines, earth and concrete dams, bridges, tunnels, and buildings serving markets that include construction, mining, geotechnical, industrial, and public infrastructure.Role SummaryWe are seeking a driven and organized Production Team Lead to own the day-to-day operations of our electronic product production floor and warehouse. This role is central to keeping our inventory accurate, our shipments on time, and our shop running smoothly while supporting both our on-site and remote teams.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain a clean, organized warehouse and production floorCreate, manage, and track Purchase Orders and Sales OrdersOversee inventory of production supplies, ensuring accurate counts and stock controlReceive incoming shipments and adjust storage areas as neededEnsure all shipping activities comply with legal requirements, company guidelines, and customer specificationsManage shipping documentation, including pick-up slips, ship lists, and delivery recordsResolve shipping-related issues promptly and effectivelyCoordinate vendor pick-ups and drop-offsMonitor manufacturing tasks to ensure shipping deadlines and targets are metCoordinate with engineering as needed to keep BOM's, assembly procedures, drawings and schematics up-to-date.Other duties as assignedPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.Ability to bend, stoop, sit, walk, twist, and stand on concrete for up to 8 hours/day, 5 days/weekAbility to work scheduled shiftsQualificationsValid Driver's License with a clean driving recordAt least 1 year of experience in domestic and international shippingKnowledge of electronic components and general electronic assembly techniquesStrong computer skills; proficiency with order management or inventory systems a plusAbility to operate warehouse equipment safelyHighly detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy in orders and documentationSelf-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervisionCollaborative team player with strong communication skillsWhat We OfferJoin a team of dedicated professionals with real opportunities for career growth and a competitive compensation package:Health InsurancePaid Time OffLife & Disability Insurance401(k) with generous employer matchParental LeaveBonus PayVolunteering PTOFitness Reimbursements
