With over 35 years of experience, CCG is dedicated to fostering growth, fitness, and fun for the entire community.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a Preschool and/or Recreational Director for a full-time, on-site role located in San Luis Obispo, CA. This role involves overseeing the daily management and operations of preschool and recreational gymnastics programs. Responsibilities include developing age-appropriate lesson plans, training and supervising coaches, ensuring safety standards are met, and maintaining a welcoming and fun environment for children and families. Other duties include scheduling classes, managing staff, maintaining equipment, and fostering strong relationships with families and staff. Collaboration with the leadership team on strategic planning and program development is also essential.QualificationsExperience in curriculum and program development tailored to preschool and recreational activitiesExcellent leadership, staff management, and team-building skillsStrong communication, customer service, and interpersonal abilitiesBackground in gymnastics, recreational sports, or education is highly desirableExperience with event planning, scheduling systems, or operational oversight is beneficialAbility to work on-site and engage with children, parents, and staff in a dynamic and energetic environmentBachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in education, sports management, or a related field is preferred
