Job Title: Material Coordinator / Inventory Coordinator (MRO)Location: Freeport, TXDuration: ContractPay Rate: $21/hour on W2 - $23/hour on W2We are seeking an experienced Material Coordinator / Inventory Coordinator to support daily MRO warehouse and inventory operations within an industrial/manufacturing environment.The ideal candidate will have strong experience with MRO inventory management, SAP, spare parts coordination, inventory analysis, and material control processes.Key Responsibilities:• Manage MRO inventory levels and inventory records• Execute inventory replenishment and order recommendation processes• Handle reservations, backorders, and stock requests• Set up new inventory items/material masters• Analyze surplus and obsolete materials and support recovery processes• Monitor supplier delivery performance and material availability• Generate inventory and SAP reports for end users• Perform technical identification of MRO materials and spare parts• Support standardization and share-the-spare initiatives• Ensure compliance with inventory and quality control processes• Participate in continuous supply chain and inventory improvementsRequired Qualifications:• Associate degree OR 3+ years of relevant experience• Strong MRO inventory/material coordination experience• Hands-on SAP experience required• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, refinery, chemical plant, or petrochemical environments preferred• Knowledge of spare parts, technical materials, and inventory control processes• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills• Proficiency with Excel and PC reporting toolsPreferred Experience:• Inventory analysis and replenishment planning• Material master/catalog management• Supplier coordination and delivery tracking• Understanding of engineering/technical specifications for industrial materialsGTech is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating a diverse environment.
