Job Overview
Base: $45,000-$65,000 plus 10% of profit!
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dental clinic in Tyler, Texas. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of dental office management. This role requires a proactive approach to ensure effective budgeting, production, collections, and overall dental office practices. The Office Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing patient care and operational efficiency within the clinic.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring efficient workflow, and high-quality patient care.
High level understanding of Dentures, Implants, Extractions, and Dental Procedures.
Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to foster a productive work environment.
Present treatment and finance options accordingly
Develop and manage budgets, monitoring expenses to ensure financial health of the office.
Coordinate with your dental team to optimize patient scheduling and resource allocation.
Facilitate communication between all areas of the practice to enhance collaboration and treatment delivery.
Address patient inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Train all team members to ensure excellence in communication and performance.
Servant leadership while being a positive example, and actively participating in the daily activities of the office.
Maintain a professional, positive relationship with the team and doctors.
Understand and oversee optimal daily scheduling of patients following Secure Dentures and Implants guidelines.
Implement firm financial arrangements with all patients prior to treatment.
Qualifications
Proven experience in dental office management
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong background in treatment planning, presenting, and financing
Knowledge regarding dental procedures and ADA codes
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Strong leadership qualities with a focus on team development and motivation.
Ability to maintain patient care standards and manage front desk operations.
