We are looking for a responsible, adaptable and self–driven individual looking to grow in the manufacturing industry. The job functions include handling, packaging and loading/unloading glass panes that will be produced into dual pane windows, shower doors, table tops, mirrors, etc.Responsibilities may include:Manage all receiving and loading operations, including scheduling of deliveries, unloading/loading of vehicles and maintaining route organization.Ensure that all incoming shipments are accurately and promptly processedMonitor route efficiency with emphasis on load value, route length, and frequencySupervise and train receiving and loading staffMonitor the accuracy of all receiving and shipping records, including inventory and stock levelsMaintain a safe and organized warehouse environmentIdentify and resolve receiving, shipping, and inventory discrepanciesCoordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and accurate operationsOversight of vehicles maintaining proper documentation and preventative maintenance schedulesDevelop and implement strategies to optimize receiving processesRequirements:Must have crane experienceRelevant experience in receiving and inventory managementKnowledge of warehouse procedures and equipmentAble to work independently and manage multiple tasksAbility to safely lift 50-75 poundsMust be able to read a tape measure down to 1/8"Ability to physically stand for 8 hours per dayAbility to complete simple computer taskExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills and ability to communicate in EnglishBackground Check/Drug ScreenQualifications:Must be 18 years or olderHigh School Diploma or equivalentAuthorized to work in the USJob Type: Full-time
