This firm is known for its fast-paced litigation model and early case ownership, handling complex claims from inception through resolution.Unlike traditional firms, attorneys here are expected to take immediate responsibility for active caseloads and contribute to litigation strategy early in their careers.What You’ll DoManage a caseload of insurance defense matters from inception through resolutionDraft pleadings, motions, and discovery responsesConduct depositions, attend court appearances, and participate in mediationsWork directly with clients including insurers, transportation companies, and commercial entitiesAssist in trial preparation and gain hands-on courtroom exposureWhat They’re Looking For1–8 years of litigation experience requiredExperience handling cases independently preferredStrong writing and analytical skillsComfortable in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environmentPennsylvania Bar admission requiredWhy This RoleImmediate case ownership (not stuck doing doc review)Real deposition and courtroom exposure earlyDirect client interactionOpportunity to build trial experience quickly Strong bonus structure.
