Full Stack Senior Developer (**Local Candidates Only**)

Vamp.app is building a next-generation mobility platform designed to make transportation smarter, faster, and more connected. We're looking for a *Senior Software Developer* to help build, scale, and evolve the technology behind Vamp. This is a hands-on role for someone who can own major parts of the platform, make strong technical decisions, and ship quickly in a fast-moving startup environment. *Must know technologies* * *Frameworks:* Next.js, Flutter * *Languages:* TypeScript, Dart * *UI:* React * *Styling:* Tailwind CSS * *State Management:* Zustand, Riverpod * *Data Fetching:* TanStack Query * *Navigation:* GoRouter * *Networking:* Axios, Dio * *Real-Time Communication:* WebSocket What You'll Do * Build and scale core features across the *Vamp web and mobile platforms* * Develop high-quality applications using *Flutter, Dart, Next.js, React, and TypeScript* * Build and optimize real-time features using *WebSockets* * Work on ride requests, real-time dispatching, GPS tracking, trip management, payments, notifications, and driver/rider experiences * Integrate third-party APIs, mapping services, payment systems, and vehicle/fleet platforms * Improve application performance, reliability, security, and scalability * Help shape Vamp's technical architecture as the platform grows * Review code and establish strong engineering standards * Troubleshoot and resolve production issues * Work directly with the founders and product team to turn ideas into shipped features * Mentor developers and help grow the engineering team What We're Looking For * *5+ years of professional software development experience* * Strong experience with *Flutter and Dart* * Strong experience with *React, Next.js, and TypeScript* * Experience building and scaling consumer-facing mobile applications * Strong understanding of *Riverpod, Zustand, or similar state-management architectures* * Experience with *REST APIs, WebSockets, and real-time applications* * Experience building location-based and API-driven applications * Strong understanding of application performance, security, testing, and monitoring * Experience deploying and maintaining production applications * Ability to take ownership of projects from architecture through deployment * Comfortable working in a startup environment where speed, creativity, and execution matter Big Plus Experience with: * Rideshare, mobility, delivery, or logistics platforms * *Real-time dispatch systems* * GPS, mapping, routing, and location tracking * Fleet management or connected vehicle APIs * Tesla or automotive API integrations * Payment processing and payment APIs * High-volume WebSocket applications * AI or autonomous vehicle technology * High-growth consumer mobile apps Who You Are You're not looking to simply maintain someone else's code.
