This leader will be responsible for:Leading and participating in a team of industry SMEs to support Client Partners, sales, and marketing staffCreating and delivering proper messaging and solutions that correctly speak to the customer and their verticalKeeping abreast of emerging trends and issues facing the industry to help identify unmet customer and market needsCreating and delivering a training curriculum to the PO team and organization, to ensure that vertical knowledge is built across the organizationQualificationsExperience organizing training initiatives for departments within the companyInstructional experience in a group business setting preferredConfidence and skillful negotiating skillsStrong organizational skills to give the team directionExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalExperience in mentoring and training more junior team membersAbility to effectively organize and manage multiple initiatives and encourage coworkers to do the sameAbility to use data to improve a team’s operational efficiencyPrior management experience is a plusResponsibilitiesThe leader’s success in this role will be measured by the ability to successfully execute the below functions:Managing the day-to-day activities of the teamMotivating the team to achieve organizational goalsDeveloping and implementing a timeline to achieve performance targetsDelegate tasks to team members as appropriateConducting training of team members to maximize their potentialEmpowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skillsConducting quarterly performance reviewsContributing to the growth of the company through a successful teamCreating a pleasant working environment that inspires the teamAPPLY NOW
