Responsibilities: Identify company employee requirements and create a staffing strategy Enforce compliance with company and industry labor requirements. Monitor employee performance Determine staffing shortfalls and report job vacancies and scheduling problems to human resources. Confirm staff details and working hours to ensure accurate employee compensation. Assist in candidate hiring and screening processes. Liaison for employee relations questions and concerns Prepare work schedules and enforce compliance with company and industry labor requirements. Confirm staff details and working hours to ensure accurate employee compensation. References attesting to your reliability (e.g. punctuality, excellent attendance). Skillset: Bilingual (English/Spanish) Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required. Outstanding problem-solving skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficient in MS applications such as Excel, Word, Office, etc. Able to type 54 wpm. Excellent organization skills (e.g. able to effectively manage and schedule appointments from medium volume Outlook email inbox) Outstanding organizational and leadership skills Reliable with a respect to confidentiality. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team. MANDATORY REQUIREMENT: -NATIVE SPANISH IN ENGLISH AS A SECOND LANGUAGE (PLUS) -BE AVAILABLE TO WORK ON SUNDAYS AND HAVE ONE DAY OFF DURING THE WEEK.
