The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience, leadership capability, and a strong track record of success in advanced HVAC and chiller operations.Position SummaryAs a Senior Chiller Technician, you will:Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain centrifugal, screw, and absorption chillers, as well as complex HVAC systems.Perform precision diagnostics, system optimization, and preventive maintenance to ensure peak system performance.Utilize advanced manufacturer-specific software and tools to perform system analysis and calibration.Collaborate with project and engineering teams on chiller retrofits, overhauls, and performance upgrades.Document service activities, performance metrics, and client communications with accuracy and professionalism.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct in-depth troubleshooting of large tonnage chiller systems (air-cooled and water-cooled).Execute refrigerant management, oil analysis, and vibration testing in compliance with industry standards.Support installations, startups, and commissioning of new systems.Ensure compliance with EPA, ASHRAE, and OSHA guidelines.Desired Skills & CompetenciesTechnical Expertise: Extensive knowledge of large tonnage chillers, HVAC systems, and advanced controls.
