Together, we are EXP.Are you ready to design your future?Be our next Senior Architect/Project Manager-Mission Critical in the Chicago office.What a day at EXP has in store for youA Project Leader represents EXP's interests through effective project leadership and actions that advance the Firm's mission. The Project Leader speaks for the Firm and conducts themselves in a manner commensurate with a position of leadership within the Firm. Your responsibilities include:Responsible for oversight and coordination of design and technical team from Conceptual Design through Construction Documents and Construction Phase. Primary Client Point of Contact.Work with Program Manager and Project Manager to establish project schedules.Oversight includes in-house team as well as outside subconsultants on multiple projects simultaneously. Oversight of technical coordination with all disciplines, ensuring the project is detailed and executed to maintain the design concept with technical astuteness.Develop presentation documents and participate in presentations to clients.Travel to client sites across the US for surveys or client meetings.Ensure that designs meet applicable building code and ADA requirements.Oversee corresponding bid and construction phase activities in the office and in the field.Act as a technical resource for project teams.The salary range for this role is $120,000 to 150,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's skill set, experience, certifications, and geographic location.
