This role provides strategic direction, spiritual leadership, and operational oversight for all middle school athletic programs. The Athletic Director serves as the primary leader and ambassador of CHC Athletics, cultivating a positive, competitive, and discipleship-focused culture. This individual will also champion the physical development of students by integrating age-appropriate strength, conditioning, and wellness principles across athletics programs.
