A company is looking for a Telephonic Case Manager to assist injured individuals in their recovery process.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with healthcare providers and employers to develop and implement treatment plansAssess the recovery of injured individuals and modify case goals as necessaryManage a caseload independently, prioritizing cases and preparing status updatesRequired QualificationsEducation: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related fieldExperience: Minimum of 2 years in clinical practice, preferably with workers' compensation experienceLicenses: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standingCertifications: URAC-recognized certification in case management (e.g., CCM, CDMS)Internet: Reliable internet connection required
