Join us!MarTech Architect Locations: Dallas, TX or Akron, OH (Hybrid)POSITION SUMMARY:We are seeking a MarTech Architect with strong Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) experience to lead customer data and MarTech architecture. This role will design, govern, and evolve enterprise-scale customer data flows, enable real-time personalization, and integrate CDP with the broader MarTech ecosystem (CRM, Analytics, and Marketing Channels).The MarTech Architect will also define platform standards, governance, monitoring, and long-term strategies to ensure data quality, identity stability, security, and AI/ML readiness across the customer profile ecosystem.RESPONSIBILITIES:Architect and own Adobe AEP–based CDP implementation across Dev, Stage, and ProdDesign and maintain XDM schemas, identity namespaces, identity rules, and profile stitching strategiesDefine and enforce CDP data governance standards, including event and attribute taxonomyEnable real-time customer profiles, segmentation, and audience activationDesign and govern Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) journeys (event-based and audience-based)Integrate CDP with the MarTech stack including CRM, analytics, email, SMS, paid media, web, and mobile platformsDefine monitoring, observability, and alerting standards for AEP pipelines, identity stitching, segmentation, and activation flowsEstablish platform guardrails, environment strategy, and best practices for deployment, versioning, and security changesDefine the long-term strategy to fix and prevent identity issues across the customer profile ecosystemDefine and maintain security models, access control, and compliance configurations within AEPSupport AI/ML readiness initiatives including predictive segmentation, enriched attributes, and decisioning integrationInfluence the multi-year CDP and MarTech roadmap, evaluate vendor capabilities, and guide platform evolutionEnsure data quality, governance, privacy, and consent managementPartner with marketing, analytics, engineering, security, and vendors on MarTech enablementPOSITION QUALIFICATIONS:7+ years of experience in CDP, MarTech, or Data Architecture rolesHands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) in enterprise environmentsStrong expertise in XDM data modeling, event and attribute design, and schema governanceExperience with identity resolution, identity rules, and customer profile stitching strategiesExperience working with Real-Time Customer Profile, segmentation, and audience activationStrong experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) for journey design and orchestrationExperience with batch and streaming data ingestion patterns within AEPSolid understanding of enterprise MarTech architecture and system integrationsExperience integrating CDP with CRM systems, analytics platforms, and marketing activation toolsKnowledge of data governance, privacy, consent management, and compliance requirementsExperience defining or supporting monitoring, observability, or data quality practicesAbility to work effectively with both technical teams and marketing stakeholdersPreferred / Nice to Have:Experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)Adobe AEP / AJO certificationsExperience with data governance, privacy regulations (GDPR / CCPA)Exposure to CI/CD, automation, or DevOps for MarTech platformsRetail, eCommerce, or large-enterprise MarTech experienceIdeal Candidate ProfileDeep Adobe CDP and MarTech expertise (not generic data engineering)Comfortable owning platform standards, governance, and best practicesAble to translate business use cases into scalable CDP and journey designsBENEFITS & PERKS:Competitive healthcare, dental & vision insurance401(k) matching after one year of employmentGenerous time off + company holidaysMerchandise discountLearning & Development programsMuch more!
