Interface Manager

Overview In this role you oversee the end-to-end interface lifecycle across the Gateway Program in New York, ensuring seamless integration between contractors. You will lead formal interface agreements, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration to support on-time delivery and budget adherence. This position sits at the heart of a high-profile infrastructure program funded by IIJA, where your work drives clarity, accountability, and risk management. You will partner with program teams to resolve issues, monitor progress, and escalate critical risks. Compensation / Benefitssalary up to $180kflexible and hybrid working optionsinclusive employeropportunity for part-time worksupportive project environment ResponsibilitiesOversee the interface lifecycle for assigned contracts, from identification to closeout.Coordinate and lead formal Interface Agreements with contracting teams.Produce baseline ICDs, maintain the Interface Register, and approve contractor interface management plans.Serve as primary interface contact, leading meetings with contractors and supporting their interface efforts.Monitor status of interface deliverables and provide monthly progress updates to program management.Identify and resolve interface issues, coordinate changes with Change Management, escalate as needed.
